Assuring you the best property selection and value possible
The selection process begins by working together to define your
meeting needs and preferences then conducting an exhaustive search of
all properties matching your criteria. A
comprehensive report is issued - identifying availability, rates,
suitability, space considerations and any additional information
important to the decision making process. This completes the first step
of identifying savings and narrowing your options. We then arrange your
site inspections, check recent event references and assist as needed so
that you may make the ideal choice of property for your program.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS - Assuring you the most favorable terms
Once the venue is selected we negotiate your interests into the
agreement to insure you receive the best value, greatest amount of
amenities, and least liability. We’re good at this. Years of
experience within the hotel industry combined with vast booking activity
serve as strong negotiating tools. We’ve been known to shave hundreds
of thousands of dollars off a contract as well as reduce damages in
executed contracts due to the unfortunate event of cancellation.
After the contract
is signed we don't leave you - we continue to support your needs as they
arise.
We
also assist with budgeting, vendor referral, event orders and
more. The size and scope of your meeting will determine the
charge, if any, for additional
services.
