Marshall & Associates comes to the table with over 20 years experience in the hospitality and meeting industry, exceptional negotiation skills, a limitless database of meeting resources and a commitment to excellence and ethics. 

We dedicate ourselves to exceeding your expectations.  We are here to serve your needs.

We specialize in site selection and contract negotiation – a service provided at no cost and guaranteed not to increase your room rate or budget in any way (see FAQ's for detail on how we do this).

Marshall & Associates also offers an array of additional services at competitive fees.

We represent the client - not individual hotels or chains.  There is never a move made without your direction - you remain in control of all decisions.  Marshall & Associates assists the professional travel planner and those who have little or no experience in planning meetings.  We work with properties of all levels and we work worldwide.
